Sheila R. Ramm
I have over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I started my health and wellness career as a fitness instructor in 1993. In 1995, I attended The Integrative Massage Therapy School in California where I embraced my life long passion for massage therapy. In 2019 I furthered my ability to help others by becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. In 2022 I graduated from the Arizona School of Integrative Therapy.
I use an Integrative approach to helping clients achieve balance and wellness in all parts of their life. I incorporate eastern and western modalities, cupping, aromatherapy, deep tissue, sports massage among a variety of other techniques to help achieve the ultimate rejuvenating experience for the mind, body and spirit.
